Our Mission
Music Debut expands access to music education and artist coaching, breaking down systemic barriers so that people of every gender, race, identity, ability, and background can learn, create, and thrive.
Our Founder
Alexandra (Sasha) Gobrogge is a musician and a social entrepreneur. She earned a Bachelor’s of Music degree from California State University in Los Angeles majoring in Commercial Music with specialization in Songwriting.
As part of her Honors College Thesis Project she wrote a business plan titled “An Alternative to Record Labels: An Innovative Business Model Supporting Independent Musicians.”
Sasha is combining her experience as a musician with her business skills and entrepreneurial mindset to foster equity and inclusivity in the music business by bringing music education to non-traditional learners and underserved communities and offering affordable business resources and coaching to independent musical artists.
Our Partners
We partner with musical artists and business professionals in the music industry, as well as many non-profit and for-profit organizations, to bring music to communities and learners who thrive outside the conventional model and to offer a toolkit of affordable resources to emerging independent musical artists.
Our Philosophy
Music learning and artist support should be rooted in access, safety, and joy. Meaningful growth emerges from curiosity and connection, not comparison or perfection. Progress is measured by confidence, engagement, and the desire to keep creating—not by rankings or timelines. Music should support well-being and add ease to life, honoring each person’s voice, identity, and creative path.
